树脂预处理
新树脂使用前的处理
  s新树脂中往往残存有单体﹑各种添加剂及低聚物等,还含有Fe﹑Cu﹑Pb﹑等无机杂质,在使用之前要用盐﹑酸﹑碱溶液进行预处理,除去树脂中的可溶性杂质,以免影响水质。具体
处理方法如下。
(1)食盐水处理
h将树脂装入容器中,用约2倍树脂体积的10%(质量分数)NaCl溶液浸泡18~20h以上,然后放掉食盐水,用清水漂洗,直至洗水不呈黄色为止。
(2)稀盐酸处理
  u用约2倍于树脂体积5%(质量分数)HCl溶液浸泡2~4h(或以小流量清洗),放尽酸液后,冲去树脂至排出水接近中性为止,可去除铁﹑铝﹑钙镁的盐类等无机杂质。
 (3)稀氢氧化纳溶液处理
  z用约2倍于树脂体积2%~4%(质量分数)的NaOH溶液浸泡2~4h(或以小流量清洗),放尽碱液后,用清水冲洗树脂至排出水接近中性为止,可去除有机物和硅等。
  h对于阴离子型树脂,经上述处理已变成OH型,可直接应用;对于阳离子型树脂,经上述处理后变成Na型,用于水的化学除盐时,需用5%(质量分数)HCl处理,将树脂转变成H型。对于制备纯水用的新树脂,应采用三酸三碱处理,即以树脂体积1~2倍 (质量分数)盐酸溶液浸泡2~4h后用纯水冲洗至中性,然后以同样体积的4%(质量分数)NaOH溶液浸泡2~4h用纯水冲洗到中性。如此反复三次(阳离子交换树脂还需转型)。
 
 
硅污染处理方法
 i硅化合物污染发生在强碱阴离子交换器中,尤其是在强、弱型阴树脂联合应用的设备和系统中,其结果往往导致阴交换器的除硅效率下降Ion resin。
发生这种污染的原因是再生不充分,或树脂失效后没有及时再生。处理方法,可用稀的温碱液浸泡溶解。碱液浓度为2%,温度约50度。污染严重时,可使用加温的4%氢氧化钠溶液循环清洗。

苯乙烯系强碱性阴树脂易受有机物污染,其征状为:(1)树脂颜色变深;(2)工作交换容量下降;(3)出水电导率增大;(4)出水pH值降低;(5)出水二氧化硅含量增大;(6)清洗水量增加。
防止有机物污染的基本措施是在预处理中将水中有机物尽量除去,并采用抗污染树脂,如大孔弱碱阴树脂,丙烯酸系阴树脂对抗有机物污染很有效。
常用复苏方法为碱性盐法。即用10%NaCl+4-6%NaOH混合液,用量为3个床体积,以缓慢的流速通过树脂层,当第2个床体积通过入后,浸泡树脂8小时或放置过夜,再通入第3床体积混合液。混合液需加温至40-50度。若在混合液中加1%左右磷酸钠或硝酸钠,或结合压缩空气搅拌树脂层,则效果更佳。
当用碱性盐法效果不佳时,可以考虑用次氯酸钠溶液清洗。此时,在阴单床或混床系统,先用至少一个床体积的10%NaCl溶液通过树脂层,使树脂彻底失效。次氯酸钠溶液浓度为有效氯含量1%,用量为3个树脂床体积。第2个床体积溶液在树脂床内浸泡4小时,溶液不用加热。微量的次氯酸钠必须淋洗(冲洗)干净,包括下水道中的废液。
 
 
Ion Resin(离子交换树脂)铁、 铝及其氧化物的去除
水中的铁、铝离子与树脂结合得比较牢固,不易从树脂上洗脱。即使再生时洗下来的铁、铝也易水解成氢氧化物而沉积在树脂表面,同样要使树脂交换容量下降。在这种情况下,铁污染时,可用4%(质量分数)的亚硫酸纳溶液浸泡4~12H,或用10%~15%(质量分数)盐酸处理树脂,然后再用相应的再生剂进行转型处理。


有机物的消除
树脂被有机物污染后,可以采用无油压缩空气冲刷,使树脂互相摩擦,然后再用水反洗以消除有机物 。
被污染的阴离子交换树脂可用10%(质量分数)的热盐水在设被中长期循环,或用10%(质量分数)的氯化钠与5%(质量分数)的氢氧化钠复合溶液进行处理。
如果树脂被有机物和铁及其氧化物同时污染,应当首先去除铁的污染,然后再去除有机物的污染。


油脂污染的去除
油脂污染会形成膜状物,堵塞或包裹树脂的微孔,阻碍微孔中活性基团的离子交换反应。受油脂污染的树脂,先转为钠型,再用非离子型表面活性剂为主的碱性清剂,加入反洗水中对交换柱进行反洗即可去污。


树脂层的灭菌
细菌是通过一层脂肪多糖类纤维黏附在树脂表面的。为防止树脂被微生物污染,可采用灭菌剂或氯化法处理,较为适用的是1%(质量分数)的甲醛l溶液浸泡数小时,然后用水洗至无甲醛臭味为止。


处理悬浮物
原水中的悬浮物会堵塞在树脂层的孔隙中,从而增大其水流阻力,也会覆盖在树脂颗粒的表面,因而降低其工作交换容量。
为防止悬浮物污堵,主要是加强对原水的预处理,以降低水中悬浮物含量。为清除树脂层中的悬浮物,可采用增加反洗次数和时间或使用压缩空气擦洗等方法。


处理硫酸钙沉淀
当有硫酸再生钙型阳树脂时,如操作不当时,有可能在树脂层中析出硫酸钙沉淀物。此时,不但再生后清洗困难,洗出液中总是有硬度,而且树脂的交换容量降低。
防止硫酸钙沉淀的措施,一是降低再生液硫酸的浓度,二是加快再生液流速。也可采用分步再生法,其浓度逐步加大,流速逐步减慢。一旦发现硫酸钙沉淀时,可采用-10%的盐酸溶液浸泡1-2天,或改用盐酸再生数次。


离子交换树脂(Ion resin)的储存与运输
1、离子交换树脂在长期储存中,或需在停用设备内长期存放,强型树脂应转为盐型,弱型树脂可转为相应氢型或游离胺时,也可转为盐型,以保持树脂性能稳定,然后常浸泡在洁净的水中。停用设备若须将水排去,则应密闭,以防树脂水份散失。
2、离子交换树脂内含有一定的平衡水份,在储存和运输中应保持湿润,防止脱水。树脂应储存在室内或加遮盖,环境温度以5-40度为宜。袋装树脂应避免直接日晒,远离锅炉、取暖器等加热装置,避免脱水。
若发现树脂已有脱水现象,切勿直接放于水中,以免干树脂遇水急剧溶胀而破碎。应根据其脱水程度,用10%左右的食盐水慢慢加入树脂中,浸泡数小时后用洁净水逐步稀释。
3、当环境温度在零度或以下时,为防止树脂因内部水份结冰而崩裂,应做好保温措施,或根据气温条件,将树脂存于不同浓度的食盐水中,防止冰冻。若发现树脂已被冻,则应让其缓慢自然解冻,切不可用机械力施于树脂。
4、长期停用而放置在交换器内的树脂,为防止微生物(如藻类、细菌等)对树脂的不可逆污染,树脂在停用前须彻底反洗,以除去运行时积聚的悬浮物质,并注意定期冲洗和换水,或彻底反洗后采用以下措施:
阴树脂:用3倍树脂体积的10%NaCl+2% NaOH混合液分两次通过树脂层,每次静止数小时,然后将其排去。如有必要,在重新启用前用2倍树脂体积的0.2%过氧化氢溶液淋洗树脂电动机。
阳树脂:在阳树脂交换器及管系内可充入0.5%的甲醛溶液,并在停用期间保持此浓度。也可用食盐水浸泡,在设备重新启用前用0.2%过氧化氢或0.5%甲醛溶液淋洗。


树脂在使用中应注意的问题
保持树脂的强度。尽量避免或减少有机物﹑物理的或化学的损伤。
保持树脂的稳定性。尽量避免或减少有机物油脂﹑悬浮物﹑胶体物质﹑高价金属离子(如Al3+﹑Fe3+)及再生剂 中杂质等对树脂的污染。
